The annual meeting of the Netherlands Centre for River studies (NCR), the NCR days, will this year be held at the Radboud University in Nijmegen on 1 and 2 October 2015.
The following keynote speakers will present during the NCR-days:
- Day 1 Keynote speakers
- Hervé Piégay, University of Lyon, geographer with expertise in geography, geoinformatics and geomorphology, research director at the National Center for Scientific Research.
- Hans de Kroon, Radboud University Nijmegen, ecologist with specialization plant ecology, director of the Institute for Water and Wetland Research (opening address).
- Day 2 Keynote speakers
- Toine Smits, Radboud University Nijmegen, specialist in sustainable management of resources, director of the Institute for Science, Innovation and Society
- Eric Schellekens, Arcadis Consultancy, senior advisor climate, delta systems, harbors and water technology, program manager Innovation and Climate Arcadis.
